CONSCIOUSNESS CONTROL SYSTEM
This file measures whether a man governs his inner system or remains governed by stimulus, fear, habit and external conditions.
A diagnostic file on the difference between automatic reaction and internal command.
This file measures whether a man governs his inner system or remains governed by stimulus, fear, habit and external conditions.
This subject is admitted because the material provides a usable contrast between reactive consciousness and self-directed consciousness.
Do not use this material to feel evolved.
Do not repeat its vocabulary as proof of development.
Do not automatically treat every metaphysical statement inside the material as a scientifically proven fact.
Extract the trainable mechanism: observation, pause, mental order, responsibility and alignment between thought, feeling and action.
In the lower operating state, the external world enters the nervous system without filtration.
An event happens. Emotion rises. Reaction follows.
The man later describes the reaction as inevitable.
He says that another person made him angry. Pressure made him lose control. Rejection made him withdraw. Fear made him betray the objective.
He experiences himself as the victim of the command, even though the command came from inside his own system.
In the higher operating state, the man does not become passive, detached or emotionless.
He creates distance between stimulus and command.
He observes the thought. He identifies the emotional charge. He refuses automatic obedience.
He then selects the response that serves the objective rather than the response that temporarily discharges tension.
The useful mechanism is not emotional suppression. The useful mechanism is internal government.
The intensity of an emotion does not automatically prove the accuracy of the interpretation beneath it.
An event may require action, but it does not have the authority to select the internal state from which that action will be taken.
Repeated complaint trains the mind to locate control everywhere except inside its own operating system.
A man cannot repeatedly feed confusion, resentment and fear while expecting precise behaviour from himself.
The moment a reaction can be observed, it stops being the only available command.
The space between stimulus and action is where internal authority can be recovered.
Fear may contain useful information, but it cannot automatically be allowed to determine the direction of movement.
Internal division consumes power. Alignment converts internal energy into movement.
Status, reputation, role, praise and rejection are conditions surrounding the man. They are not the entire system observing them.
If awareness does not alter interpretation, recovery and action, it remains vocabulary rather than development.
A man may have money, status, physical force, influence and exceptional intelligence while remaining mechanically controlled by insult, fear, jealousy, praise, rejection or pressure.
External power does not repair a system that loses command every time the environment applies pressure.
It only gives the uncontrolled reaction greater reach.
Cobra does not measure consciousness by vocabulary, visions, mystical identity or spiritual performance.
Cobra measures:
Watch the material without taking notes.
Mark every moment in which you recognise one of your own reactive patterns.
Do not analyse another person. Do not diagnose a partner. Do not mentally send the material to someone else.
SUBJECT OF INSPECTION: YOUR OWN SYSTEM.Create two columns:
Record five recent situations in which an external event immediately controlled your emotional state or behaviour.
For each of the five situations, record:
Choose one trigger that repeatedly causes you to lose command.
It may be criticism, rejection, uncertainty, jealousy, disrespect, delay, fear of loss, lack of recognition, pressure or another person’s emotional state.
For seven days, do not attempt to suppress the emotion.
Instead, insert a ninety-second observation window before the reaction becomes behaviour.
Do not use the material to classify other people as lower or higher.
Use it to locate the places where your own system still loses command.
SPIRITUAL LANGUAGE WITHOUT BEHAVIOURAL EVIDENCE DOES NOT PASS CLEARANCE.
